Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

Family Ministries
At Unity Services there is a special children’s sermon, often led by a volunteer, where we look at the day’s theme in a way that is accessible and engaging for all.
At every 9:30 am and Unity Service, the children have a special time separate from the adults where they explore a theme through Scripture, games, crafts, etc. We work with a curriculum that repeats every three years. There are two classes: junior (age 3-6) and senior (age 7-10).
Each Sunday one volunteer (usually with one support), teaches each class. Each Sunday’s material has more than enough ideas to fill the time. The teacher’s role is to decide what they will use, gather the materials needed, and then lead the class.
A place for families to have fun, eat, worship, and grow together in faith, each Messy Church explores a theme starting with stations of games, crafts, experiments, and other activities, then moves into a time of family-friendly worship, and finally ends with a shared meal. Volunteers are needed to guide activities, prepare the meal, and clean up afterward.
During the school year, our Youth Group meets two Fridays a month to play games, have fun, and learn a little about God. We have special programming for most Unity and 9:30 am services.
St. Matthew’s holds a one-week summer camp for ages 3-11. The camp includes games, crafts, music, worship, film, drama, a splash pad, and pool time. There are volunteer opportunities for anyone 12+ years.
